As the Senior Product Designer for the Deal team, I played a key role in the discovery and design track of both existing and new features, working collaboratively with the triad and product team using the Shape Up methodology.

I lead remote user research and usability testing interviews throughout all pitch stages, leveraging interactive prototypes to validate assumptions and uncover valuable insights.

Using these findings, I designed intuitive, user-centered solutions through an iterative and collaborative process, ensuring the features and services we offer deliver value to our dealership partners and consumers alike.
